The Hawthorne Agency, Inc. is currently working with Arcadis on the Canal Boulevard Bus/Streetcar Terminal Environmental Assessment. Arcadis is an international company providing consultancy, design, engineering and management services in the fields of infrastructure, water, environment, and buildings.

Through the execution of effective public involvement and outreach services, The Hawthorne Agency, Inc. has maintained a viable working relationship with the Sewerage & Water Board (S&WB) for more than 20 years. S&WB provides the city with adequate drainage, sewerage collection, and drinking water. The agency has been serving citizens and protecting the environment since 1899.

MHHDRC is an Exploratory Center of Excellence, one of 80 throughout the country and the first in Louisiana. The Hawthorne Agency, Inc. was proud to be selected to assist in the center’s launch by providing corporate identity services. The center is housed at Dillard University and its major components consist of health disparities research, student and clinical trials training, and community outreach activities.

The Hawthorne Agency has worked with the talented team of Burk-Kleinpeter & Associates on projects such as the I-10 Noise Mitigation Study and I-12 to Bush Corridor. THA and BKI’s working relationship spans over 25 years. BKI who ranks among the Top 20 engineering firms in the South, provides architectural services to municipalities, public/private entities, and state/federal agencies.

HNTB provides a range of services including: civil engineering, architecture, and planning and construction management to transportation, commercial buildings, and federal agencies. HNTB and The Hawthorne Agency teamed up in 2007 to deliver quality Public Involvement and Outreach services for the 50 plus roadway repair projects for the Submerged Roads Program.

InterVISTAS solicited the assistance of THA to provide graphic design, web development, and printed information pieces for their contract with the Louis Armstrong International Airport. InterVISTAS is a dynamic transportation and tourism firm of professionals dedicated to assisting private and government clients in developing and achieving their visions and potential.

The Hawthorne Agency was retained by the Lafourche Basin Levee District to develop a strategic information and awareness plan for the District. The Hawthorne Agency successfully implemented an outreach campaign in Lafourche parish. The Lafourche Basin Levee District provides flood protection for all or portions of the following parishes: Ascension, Assumption, Lafourche, St. Charles, St. James, and St. John the Baptist.

The Hawthorne Agency, Inc. joined forces with Michael Baker Corporation to conduct an Environmental Impact Study for the DOTD and railroads within the New Orleans Rail Gateway Corridor. Baker provides professional engineering and consulting services for its clients worldwide. Services include: planning, design, construction services, asset management, and asset renewal.

URS and the Hawthorne Agency worked together on the East-West Corridor Environmental Impact Study. URS Corporation is a leading global provider of engineering, construction, and technical services for public agencies and private sector companies.
